My Story

I am the founder and CEO of ADS Law.  I bring significant experience as a General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Strategic People Partner and HR Executive assisting companies with a myriad legal and business issues. I founded this firm to offer day-to-day employment counseling, workplace and compliance strategies, and other prophylactic measures to keep your workplace working while you focus on running your business. I’m a time-tested, experienced attorney that has represented companies of all sizes in a veritable alphabet soup of employment law matters, such as the ADA, ADEA, CEPA, FMLA, FLSA, ERISA, NJLAD, PHRA, Title VII, and USERRA. My goal is to help you get the answers and support that you need to protect your organization, reduce conflicts, and prevent expensive issues down the road.
